Production Process
Receiving warehouse
Raw material storage
After receiving and inspection, raw materials are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled cold room with FIFO control.
Raw material weighing
Weighing is performed by a program-controlled bar code system.
Kneading Plant
35L kneader and 22 inch roll (with cross blender)
Kneader kneading
Standardized operation by recording mixing charts.
Roll kneading
Chiller-controlled cooling. Automation of mixing and kneading is realized by automatic changeover device.
Sorting and cooling
Cutting and checking for metallic foreign matter
Cutting by automatic control. After cutting, metallic foreign matter is checked by metal detector.
Packing
After checking the appearance of the sheets, they are packed in aluminum carton cases.
